The only negative I can say about this hotel is that the free WiFi is horrible and basically not usable. They have a pay to use WiFi which works very well though, so there is a solution even though it’s costing you a few pounds. Other than that we had a lovely stay for five nights. The bed is comfy, the staff is lovely and polite and everything is very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Welcomed warmly by Sneddon, who was working the desk when I arrived! The room and bathroom were sparkling clean (and both spacious!), the bed was cozy, the hotel felt safe and well cared for. It was a very nice overnight stay!

While the reservation was paid in full with the cancelation option ( not canceled ) we were charged again upon check in. Refund was issued after disputing the charge - 3 weeks later . Short staffed, dining options unavailable, credit card processing unavailable to make certain purchases. The room , for which a premium was paid , was not available and a different type assigned. The staff were pleasant and trying but , in general , some reorganization of business practices is required to improve the overall experience.

Notre séjour a l'hôtel à était parfait. Accueil magnifique , tout le personnel était très gentil et accueillant et souriant le jour d'arrivée ainsi que tous les autres jour. Quand ont est rentré sa sentais super bon dans la chambre , la chambre était très belle et très propre et très confortable. Ont avait le bus devant l'hôtel et le centre de richmond était tout proche ont peut y aller en bus ou même a pied . Tout était parfait !
