This is a really nice hotel, a bit off the beaten path but accessible by a few bus lines and also if you can walk a bit a couple tube stations. We had a really nice stay here. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean.

The first room we were assigned had many fruit flies, so we requested another room. The staff member was super friendly and apologetic and reassigned us a new room right away. The room was clean. We stayed two nights.

Not bad, but not fantastic. Staff seemed pre-occupied. Check-in experience not great, or in the restaurant, maybe a language barrier with my Aus accent?

The location is very convenient and public transportation routes make it easily accessible. The food is good quality and the breakfast and bar food range will suit everyone in the family. The staff are very welcoming helpful and always have a smile when passing. The bedrooms are a decent size and the bed is extremely comfortable with all the linens sheets, pillows and towels Snow White and fresh. The general cleanliness around the corridors isn’t great however nothing a bit of deep cleaning won’t solve. Overall I would recommend this hotel.👍

Séjour familial. Nuit en périphérie de Londres avant une journée londonienne. Bon accueil, les membres du staff du restaurant ont été très bien, accueillants et chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive à 21h15. Chambre confortable et silencieuse malgré la proximité de la route. 4 étoiles a cause du parking cher (15 £)

Stayed here for two nights. The room we had was a handicapped room, and the shower head was a hand held one with no where to clip it in to (that part was broken) so it made showering not the easiest, and I could imagine even harder for someone who was actually handicapped not having a place to rest the shower head. The breakfast / dinner was actually great. We really enjoyed that. The bed was comfortable.

The check in was on the second floor from ground for Canadian visitors, which is unusual to us. But not bad. We arrived early, the manager, I believe his name is Jacob, ( I am sorry if I got that wrong) was very welcoming and was kind enough to let us check in early. Our flight back to Toronto was next day so we decided to dine in their restaurant and also had breakfast next morning. Service was super, Teja and Bibek the staff there again very nice to us and were very friendly. Room was comfortable we slept really well, didn't notice any traffic noise.i would be happy to stay here again.

Overpriced, zero amenities, not even a box of tissue in the room. A horrible location. Everything seems old and dirty. Rooms have the absolute bare essentials.

la habitación estaba muy bien, lo único que me pareció de poco profesional es que hay que avisar en recepción para que suban arreglar la habitación,así que vaya sorpresa cuando llegamos de todo el día en la calle todo estaba como lo habíamos dejado, menuda decepción!!
