The staff were extremely helpful when we came by to look at the room before booking. As well as their outstanding service of helping us book a trip to Hoi An and shuttle to the airport. Their warm smiles and greetings felt welcoming every time we met a staff member compared to the hotel we had previously stayed at. The hotel driver was also extremely friendly and gave us a good insight on Da Nang history.. However, the room could have used an extra vaccum as it was extremely dusty on the floor

We had a nice stay at this hotel, which was really close to beach and a huge plus for us. Though it was not possible to borrow beach towels at the hotel, so we ended up buying new ones. The pool was more show off, and not really usable. The sun chairs were in the shadowside of the pool and pool water not warm. Breakfast was really good and lots of choices to make. The staff were friendly, but was not really prepared for many guest and the communication was really limited. When something was requested, it did not get done.

Great staff, excellent 2 bed apartment but would have been nice to have resources such as plates, cutlery rather than just mugs and glasses considering it is set up as a kitchen. Good breakfast choice but one coffee machine for such a huge restaurant meant queuing for over 5 minutes each time. Good location but that means very noisy. Music from beach bars late into the night could be heard loudly even on the 19th floor.
