Yes, yes, yes, everything was on point from beginning to end from my stay here. The staff was Exceptional, courteous, patient, & friendly. The room was extremely ample with great a/c and quiet. Parking was on-site, easily accessible & well light. Ease of check in & out was fantasticly fast, easy & simple. 5 Stars to the staff & stay. I will be returning in the future..!!
This was outside of the hotel but found it interesting & unexpected.

Absolutely terrible, the room had an unbearable smell of piss and cigarettes, floors, walls, doors, and door handles were visibly dirty. The headboard had several stains, the blanket was gross and made our skin itchy, and we didn't even want to lie on the bed. The bathroom had mold in several spots and gunk everywhere. No soap or anything was provided; every single towel had black stains and was unusable. We requested housekeeping for fresh towels and sheets, and there were still black stains, absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend it, even as a last resort. I considered sleeping in my car and disregarding the room entirely. The room was also extremely small, with almost no walk space. Staff had the nerve to request $50 for early check-in, absolutely not! Also asked for $30 for an extra keycard? If we knew the conditions beforehand, we wouldn't have even asked to check in early. The staff was bothering us an hour and thirty minutes before checkout, standing outside our room before 11 AM! Police right beside our door, yelling, and the environment was overall unsafe, dirty, unkept, and I would never recommend even on a budget, worse hotel by FAR.

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but honestly the manager is just money hungry. For some reason I’ve never had an issue with his daughter or his wife but when he’s here he seems to pick on me and my girlfriend. Why because were both girls and u think u can intimidate us? Why isn’t there an issue with other people? There’s people fighting the rooms next to me I don’t see him go up to them. I’ve stayed here 3 times and had constant issues. The first day was fine I extended the stay and next day the daughter told me it was $68 I payed went on with my day, later the manager comes saying I owe them that it was 84 I wasn’t in the mood and just gave him the rest of the money. The 2nd stay the manager comes and bangs on my door saying I didn’t pay for my reservation I have receipts and proof of my payment and they insist and say I didn’t then the daughter stated I did pay and she’s “ sorry “ this is super inconvenient never again. Even to get toilet paper ringing and ringing the bell no answer but a second later, he answered some other people checking in? Why is it that only me & my girlfriend are getting pulled out of our rooms because you guys can’t teach your daughter to learn how to properly bookings or you guys can’t manage your hotel properly. I pay MY hard work money to be treated like this? seriously get a hold of yourself & be humble.
