We loved our stay. Extremely clean with comfortable beds. Great location, many restaurant and convenience stores within a short walk. We stayed on the 11th level and had great views off our balcony. I highly recommend this hotel, and would gladly choose this hotel again on future trips.

Super clean hotel. Easy communication with hotel assistant. Close to convenient stores, market, restautants and an easy 7-15 minute walk to trains stations (depending on which station). Hotel room was quiet. Laundry detergent is provided. Love the clothes washer! Easy clothes drying in the bathroom with warm clothes drying fan function. Kitchenette was clean amd perfect for a quick meal. Refrigerator is larger than most hotel fridges. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend. So clean! Safe neighborhood. Book it!

If you can get higher floor or corner room, there won't be a problem but if not, maybe the construction noise would bother you. Location is great. Near Dotonbori but far enough from the crowds. Quiet and easy to find. Gave instructions clear how to check in and to get into the facility and room.
