Very adequate, friendly staff, room kept very clean. The area is very central for getting around Milan.

A 5 minute walk from Milan Centrale station which was perfect. The area was actually quiet and we had no noise issues considering how congested Milan can be. Staff at desk 24 hours and we’re all very helpful with our questions. Also, breakfast available at site, air conditioning which was great after a hot day exploring. Room was more than adequate and there was a lift to upper floors - although very small - which is somewhat typical of older buildings in Milan. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Very comfortable hotel, nearby Milano central station. Kind staff and well-kept rooms. Breakfast was not included.

Location is fantastic and staff was great. Room was dated but comfortable. Amenities were sparse. Room floor was gritty and dirty - even had a cigarette but on the bathroom floor when we arrived. However location to transportation make it a great find

The room was clean and nice. However there was no kettle of coffee/tea in the room. Also the sound of running water all day and all night (in the walls opposite our bathroom) made me feel like I was in a fish tank.

Old school vibe

The older lady who checked us in was super friendly. The hotel gives you an old school vibe with a key lock and small elevator. Very clean and the air conditioner worked!
