Stayed here last night with my wife and our son. Hotel is very outdated and is in need of a facelift. My wife and I stayed here back in November of 2017 and it was quite nice at that time - problem is that the years have passed but the hotel has not kept up with the times or maintained any of their rooms and surrounding property. Bed was uncomfortable, carpets in room were stained and dirty and as the evening progressed, I noted empty liquor bottles on the third floor by the elevator, in the hallway/pedway enroute to the Casino, and in the pool area. Pool area was outdated with chipped paint and extremely dirty. They flaunt the large rooms but the truth of the matter is that it is just more empty space for dirt and grime to collect. The television did not work when we checked in and I had to call front desk to ask about it, turns out this is a frequent issue and requires guests to unplug the television to reset the system. Parking was limited and we had to park further away. The only people I would recommend this hotel to are young 20 somethings who want to drink, let lose and party, otherwise I would recommend anywhere else for everyone else. My wife, son and I have stayed at the Holiday Inn on Mapleton, Best Western by the Mall, Wingate by Wyndham, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn and Suites, and the Four Points all in Moncton. All are very nice and more modern than the Casino Hotel. I would recommend the Holiday Inn on Mapleton over all of these with the Wingate closely behind.
