"The lady at the front desk is an absolute treasure: she upgraded our room to a gorgeous duplex with a view of Tienmen mountain and helped book our tickets to 72 Towers - plus took us to a restaurant nearby with excellent food. She was lovely and super helpful and made our stay wonderful. As for the rest: the property is beautiful and super clean. Our room was super spacious and the beds so great to sleep in. Highly recommend staying here"

"We had incredible service at the hotel. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the middle gate of the national park. The gate is quiet and we experienced no ques when trying to get in the park meaning you could get in very quickly to the elevator. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
