DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
This booking was an absolute DISASTER, we contacted the manager 3 days out asking for check in earlier than 1500, they said it was alright, apon arriving, they had changed their answer and said we couldn't check in until 1500 again, then shortly after that with much dead ended communication responded that we may check in. the code provided for the key box was the wrong code for every keybox on the premises, we notified the manager and they sent us a YouTube video giving us directions to another location, where we walked and again, the code to the keyboxes did not work and that was the wrong location. so we were then sent back to the original apartment still, with the same non - working key code an an unresponsive manager. the manager then proceeded to give us multiple wrong keycodes eventually leading us to checking in to a room that was not ours. the room they had put us in was disgusting and appeared to be unsanitary, there was an unfinished room exposed to outside, where there was a rat. we asked the manager for a refund and asked if we could speak to someone in person, so he sent the cleaner who spoke 0 english to come talk to us about our issues and request for a refund. we were showed the room that we payed for, after approximately 4.5 hours of the run around from the manager, and the room was filthy. i still have yet to receive a refund, we ended up staying at a different hotel around the corner due to the mistrust in management and mistreatment. absolute RIP OFF
