This hotel is small and compact and has a wonderful friendly atmosphere the rooms whilst not spacious are clean and the beds are very comfortable the hotel itself is well situated and with in easy walking distance of the grotto and the Basilica I would recommend this hotel as being an excellent place to stay the owners are warm and friendly and do their upmost to make guests feel part of the family both my partner and I are happy to award the hotel 5 stars and definitely hope to go back one day it made our stay in Lourdes complete

My family and I couldn't stay at this hotel. The front door glass was broken, and they used cardboard to cover a filthy, heavily stained carpet.
I can't understand how this place is even allowed to host guests. There was no reception, and everything was disgustingly dirty. The stairs were stained, the doors and stairs creaked, and the beds had old, shabby bedcovers. I definitely didn't trust that the bedsheets had been changed.
The overall disgusting smell made us feel physically sick. I had to cancel my booking because this place shouldn't be advertised on Expedia.

Décevant.
Quitter l'hôtel dès mon arrivée le 06/05/24 car me réclament 154€ chambre 202 insalubre,
Humidité.En sachant que réservation faite auprès de vous 182,16€ débité et je devais payer 13€ à l'hôtel preuve à l'appui.(Facture).
J'ai dû repayer un hôtel sur place pour mes 4nuits petits dej.compris 161€.ND auxiliatrice. Devrait me rembourser 2 nuits.j'en ai parlé à la
Patronne.et je pensais vous contacter.avant d'envisager de faire appel à l'Office du tourisme et service à la consommation.j'attends un geste de votre part auprès de l'hôtel.
