We love to stay here. But the check in room we'v been waiting for late fm 3pm to 4:45pm. Other fm late to get the room. Other than this, it was a great time to stay this hotel
Very nice hotel in yas island close to our customer. Good breakfast and nice pool in the evening.

Never Expected Such Poor Service from Radisson Blu
I would never go to this Radisson Blu again, I have been many other Radisson but this time it was worst experience. Do not expect any additional support from people in customer services specially Night Shift first of all calls are not responded and if they do by mistake u will never get proper response. This puts up big question whether in future shall we consider Radisson again....Total Waste of Money this time.....

Regrettably, my overall impression of Radisson Blu Yas in Abu Dhabi has led me to advise against choosing this hotel. It is disheartening to share such a negative review, especially considering the positive experiences I have had with the Radisson brand in the past.
It's important to point out that I was reached out after my stay by one of the Guest Specialist Manager. He was really sorry for the experience I had and recognizes the areas of improvements. I appreciate their attention to this matter while they are worried about their guests experience - not many hotels actually care about calling their guests to understand the issues - and sincerely hope that improvements can be made to uphold the esteemed reputation that Radisson has built over the years.
