Hôtel bien propre et bien équipé. Le restaurant est impeccable pour un buffet à volonté pendant le ramadan mais ferme a 21h. Le service navette vers la sainte mosquée n'est pas disponible toute la journée. Uniquement de 4h à 7h et de 16h à 21h. La distance pour aller a la mosquée est acceptable. Il faut 15min à pieds Il y a pas mal d'épiceries et de snack aux alentours

Better than expected
The hotel is approximately 1500 meters from Masjid Nabawi, which we felt was just within walking distance. It's also an experience to walk from the hotel with thousands of people along King Fahed Road to Masjid Nabawi. There is also a free shuttle bus from the hotel, although it runs at somewhat irregular times. The hotel feels more like a four-star hotel compared to Western standards, but better than expected. The hotel is located in a worn-down area at the corner, which is at the end of a street filled with souvenir shops and street food stalls mainly run by Pakistanis and Afghans. They have some of the same items you can find in the shops around Masjid Nabawi, but much cheaper.

One of the staff member used his card and walked in our room while I was sleeping. He said he wanted to check something in the washroom. I did call the receptionist and let them know right away, later the manager started to yell at us saying that we called him for cleaning which wasn’t the case. After being rude and yelling, he did realize that it was their fault so he gave us a different room at another floor. I was gonna stay there for 10 days. I had to book another hotel and move the next day. The staff is very rude. I won’t recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are not clean either. The environment around the property is not safe either.

The reception guys need more courses how to deal with customers. Some of staff in reception are so not respectful. The manger should follow with them and try to give them lesson in how to deal with customers and be nice when answering in call

Property is very nice new and clean but it was unusually cold and the hotel has no heating system so people were asking for extra blankets which they couldn’t accommodate everyone the service is a bit below standard but the staff still stayed nice and tried to help

the hotel is a fine nice clean place secure,10min from haram great!!! only it is on the border of a old area that is full of flats some creepy hotels and streets not so tidy!!! in front of hotel they are building on a huge piece of land so 24/7 noise trucks drills etc etc this will end for sure maybe year after? overall had a super nice stay .......breakfast must get a upgrade in assortiment not same everyday, a hotel can not serve instant coffee in this market if you want a piece of the pie from big guys like hilton,mariot,intercont,sofitel,movenpick etc etc you must show it your clients only the best not less quality. thank u

Tertemiz bir Hotel
Otel süper yeni ve tertemizdi. Odalar ferah ve genişti. Mescid-i Nebeviye servis vardı ama gerek bile yok aslında sadece 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Bir tek kahvaltısı daha iyi olabilirdi. Restoran biraz küçük ve büfe daha zenginleştirilebilir. Geç gelmemize rağmen saat 01 de odamız hazırdı. Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

Ich bin mit meiner Frau in diesem Hotel und möchte meine Zufriedenheit teilen. Das Hotel ist unglaublich sauber, die Zimmer werden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Razzak und Suqon, die hervorragende Arbeit leisten und sowohl die Betten als auch das gesamte Zimmer stets perfekt säubern. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist äußerst freundlich, spricht fließend Englisch und ist maximal hilfsbereit. Egal welches Anliegen man hat, sie stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich, jeden Tag gab es etwas Neues, was den Start in den Tag besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Nähe zur Prophetenmoschee ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Zu Fuß sind es etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten, was wir als vollkommen in Ordnung empfinden. Alternativ gibt es auch einen Shuttlebus, der in nur 5 Minuten dort ist, was sehr praktisch ist. Ich bin wirklich glücklich mit unserer Wahl dieses Hotels und kann es jedem empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit, der Service und die Lage machen den Aufenthalt hier besonders angenehm.
