We enjoyed the hotel staff for the entire stay. They were helpful, very pleasant and had chocolate chip cookies in the evening, which was a real boon. What’s funny about it is upon our arrival, I had asked if they were having warm chocolate chip cookies like Doubletree does and they said yes. I thought they were kidding and they weren’t. There was a very nice young lady named Desi, who was incredibly helpful during our entire stay not to say that management and the other people were not very helpful also. We would recommend this hotel again as it was very clean and again friendly. The pool was very nice and we had no issues with using it except for occasionally being a little short of towels, which was rectified quickly when we notified the front desk.

We had a lovely stay in our very reasonably priced suite. It was so nice to have the extra room. The cookies were delicious and such a nice touch. We enjoyed the breakfast and would definitely stay here again. It was convenient to seeing things in Hyde Park and the surrounding area. Our only negative was coming back one night to a room that had not been refreshed as requested. The team did their best to correct the situation.

Hampton Inn has some of the best staff members anyone could ask for. Very helpful, kind and attentive. The rooms are nice + clean and im very fussy about that. Great experience, as always.

The Hampton Inn met our needs in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It was Memorial Day with college graduations nearby, so it wasn't necessarily a deal, but everything was expensive that weekend. But the hotel was well kept and even my germophobe friend approved of it. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty standard with both hot and cold options, and the dining area in the lobby is spacious. We did not explore the area directly around the hotel, but it's a short drive to the main area of Poughkeepsie.

Comfortable bed, spacious room. Toilet never flushed right. Hot water. Its located next to the red roof inn and seems like people are living there and the bus picks kids up there, people will be roaming the parking lot even though they are not supposed to, they park there and frequently outside smoking weed. Really need security watching the parking lot. Breakfast was good but never had bacon. Wifi poor quality.

The room was comfortable, but the shades on the window did not fully block the light so I woke up really early. Breakfast was pretty decent. Front desk staff was pleasant.

Our family enjoyed our stay. We had outdoor plans that got rained out so we had to pivot our plans - meant a lot more indoor time than expected. The room was very comfortable. They had another room for our adult children and put us next door to each other. The beds were very comfortable. The HVAC had a 'constant fan' setting so that helped a lot.
