When I walked in this B&B, it felt like it was 90 degrees. The owner took me to my room and said it was a little warm so he cut the heat down. My 6 year old granddaughter arrived soon after and the first thing she commented on was the heat. We left to get dinner, hoping it would be cooler when we came back. When we got back, it was as still hot and the owners had left. We were there completely alone. I checked the thermostat and it was 85 degrees in the house. I turned it to cool and all the way down to 65 but an hour later, it was still 85. My granddaughter began to cry because she was tired and sweating. I made the choice to leave the B&B and search for a decent hotel at 10:00 at night. We finally found something. I sent a text to the owner to let him know what happened. He never once apologized. The next day I saw that he had charged my credit card without my knowledge for the entire stay of two nights. I sent another text asking for a refund but he never answered me. Besides the heat issue, there was dust everywhere, no water would come out of the sink faucet, the bathtub was chipped and peeling, there were no wash cloths, and the lamps did not work. This was the WORST travel experience I have ever had!
