Neat idea, "trendy". Poorly executed.
The best analogy I can give is, lipstick on a pig. From a far, it looks nice, clean, "trendy", but up close it is old and dirty. The entire place needs a deep clean. From the entrance, to the elevators, and the rooms. It felt like a layer of grossness.
Internet was very slow. Especially for a place giving off the vibe of young and trendy. If you do that, you better have fast internet. There is no where to work in the lobby. The seating is geared towards younger people on their phones instead of talking. There is a decent sized desk in the room, but with poor wifi, connection can be a problem.
Don't use the coffee maker as that was extremely gross. Same thing for the ice thongs, don't use that.
The bathroom was probably the best part, still dirty, but at least it felt better.
No breakfast provided.
This was just an old style hotel, with some paint. Would not stay there again.
