The first room that we requested with a king bed was dirty with construction debris, chunks of sheet rock! The second room with two queen beds wasn't much better. The carpets were dirty with large spots. The caulking in the bathroom was unsightly and not professionally done! The light switches were dirty, the furniture and wood was marked and scraped and appeared dirty. The beds were three feet off the ground which made it hard to get in and out of for a 5'1", senior citizen. The lighting in this dark gray room was terrible with only two small lamps. The free breakfast, which we usually find adequate with fresh eggs, fruit and yogurt, etc.,was limited and not the greatest. However, the staff were very pleasant, courteous and accommodating.
This was not a 8.2 star hotel!
