Honest opinion
We arrived late and left early for a flight back home. Front desk service was great! Room was what we expected but not as clean as we expected. We just came from staying on a Disney property so it was a huge difference. There were spots on the wall, we weren’t sure if they were blood splatter or food splatter. The shower had only hot water and a dribble of water. Rusty fixtures in the bathroom. One pillow didn’t look clean, black marks and very wrinkled compared to the others. The room appeared clean at a glance. The curtains were too long and covered the a/c unit. Door locks were finicky and doors were thin, you could hear anything going on outside your door. We were on the 4 th floor and one elevator was out of order. The free shuttle was convenient, the driver wasn’t friendly at all. She seemed annoyed. The free breakfast was ok, nothing special but fine for a quick coffee and bagel to go. We won’t stay there again. I wish I took photos to show.

good location, hotel in bad condition
LaQuinta was convenient to the Orlando airport. However, the property is in terrible condition - needs painting, the door to our room was broken, the tub faucet hung loose out of the wall, the bed had troughs where previous guests had slept, the hallways smelled, etc. I would not recommend staying here unless you need a quick overnight close to the airport (which is what we needed for one night).

Siobhan (sp?) is a wonderful employee who was very helpful to us as both a shuttle driver and in her work at the desk. She is a hard-working, tireless person who should be regarded as a model employee.

Never coming back
This establishment lacks cleanliness, customer service. There was only one functional elevator and it was so dirty. Employees weren't friendly or knowledgeable. If I can give zero stars i would.

Do not recommend
The one good thing about this hotel is that the front desk staff are patient and accommodating. However, the rest of our experience here was terrible. 1. The airport shuttle is too small / infrequent to actually accommodate all of their guests. We called for the shuttle and waited for over an hour before finally taking an uber. I wish the staff would have communicated the long wait time so that we wouldn't have wasted an hour waiting. 2. We discovered a huge wet spot smelling of urine in the middle of our bed. Instead of addressing it, the cleaning staff had placed a blanket over the spot and then put the sheets over it. It was not effective, we could smell and feel it through the sheets. 3. After switching to a cleaner room, the keys stopped working to our second room, and they had to move us yet again to a third room. 4. With all the delays it was well after midnight before we settled into our room, after arriving at the airport at 7:30. This was a really unpleasant and exhausting start to our trip.

No Elevators!!!
Elevators not working, we were on 5th floor, had to walk our luggage down the stairs, terrible, shuttle not available at 4:00 for our 6:10 boarding, will not be returning, sad , stayed here before and it was fine, it’s really gone downhill
