接駁到對岸的船比較不方便，飯店人員說每5分鐘都有船免費接送，但是我們到達對岸，回飯店要搭乘時，等了40分鐘都沒有船，打電話到飯店，也沒有人接電話，最後只好花費美金15元，從對岸搭船回飯店

This is an outstanding hotel, and we simply can't express enough how pleased we were with the communication and service provided before and during we stay. It's a pity that we only stayed for one night, but that night gave us a much-needed boost of energy for ours trip in Egypt. We also had the delightful surprise of making new friends here. The cleanliness, service, and dinner were all top-notch. Btw we stayed in the Ruby room, and we were particularly fond of the owner's style. We didn’t know this comment can encourage owners or not, but I wish they can keep go forward to be greater and hard-working to keep this wonderful performance in the future. Absolutely recommended!
This was one of the best hotels I have ever experienced worldwide. Because of its rather small size, there is a possibility to establish a real relationship with the guests and it adds to the quality of the service. The owners are present every day and make sure that everybody is being well taken care of. My daughter had her birthday during our stay and she received a royal treatment free of charge - a cake, beautiful gifts and a desert tour to see the sunset. The managers also seem to care about their employees, which results with their natural reaction to provide the best service to the guests so at the end everybody is happy. The rooms are unique and decorated with natural and original details, giving a feeling of home rather than of a hotel. They are dark but I guess you learn to appreciate it in the Egyptian heat. Breakfasts are NOT a buffet and this is great because it doesn’t create a big food waste and ensures freshness. You basically get what you order, along with some local products that change every day. The restaurant menu also changes daily and it’s short, which is great for the same reason as above. The pool is really heated, meaning that it’s a pleasure to swim in it also after the dusk. There is a free boat service to the other side of Nile and you can also order a pickup on the way back. Small point for improvement: our towels got changed every day although it wasn’t really needed. It would be great to have an option to skip it, for environmental reasons.

The architecture is amazing. A reconstruction of old style Egypt from a century back. Lattice work and decoration is great. However, there is ongoing construction at the hotel. Power saws cutting stone. There is a new building being constructed next door. Five stories. Construction begins at 7am. The bath in room Opal is leaking badly. Advised desk. The doors squeak badly. The bed squeaks horribly. The room has no support for carry ons. You are trapped for hotel food. Very mediocre. Service people friendly. Breakfast very good but simple. Very hard to get to from other side. No liquor there or around. No tv. Wi-Fi poor because concrete ceilings. A dramatic look but poor internals. Needs a professional overhaul. Do not recommend,

Un hotel precioso y con encanto en Luxor
Nos encantó alojarnos en este hotel en el West Bank de Luxor, si volvemos repetiremos sin dudarlo. La arquitectura del hotel tiene mucho encanto y carácter. Las zonas comunes son muy agradables y apetece descansar en ellas. La dueña Marina organiza con eficiencia excursiones y transportes. Nos alojamos en la habitación Pearl que tiene una ventana que da a la recepción, a nosotros no nos importó porque no pasamos a penas tiempo en la habitación.

A gem in Luxor
What a gem in Luxor. So quiet and lovely to have the fields with oxen around. Felt very relaxing being on the quieter side of Luxor. Lovely decor and large garden with good size pool. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Ample breakfast and hotel restaurant was very good with a menu which changed daily and several options at a reasonable price. There is a boat available which is extremely easy to take across to the East Bank and back whenever you need it. The WiFi did not work very well in my room but worked well in the garden and pool / bar area so was not an issue. Recommend for those seeking a peaceful stay in Luxor.

I loved it!
If I ever come back to Luxor, I’m definitely staying here. The place is absolutely gorgeous. Food was delicious. And staff were so kind. They even brought me breakfast at night since I had an early morning flight to make sure I ate something. And I love how you can take a boat across without additional cost. Five-plus stars!

The best place to stay in all of Luxor
We decided on staying at Djorff because it was such a different hotel than the others. It's location on the west bank made it really convenient for the valley of the kings. But the complimentary boat service to the east bank is really nice. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and organized our tours and drivers. Sadly my mom had a major flair up on her arthritis and was bed ridden for a few days. The hotel staff helped my mom to and from breakfast and the owner of the establishment checked in on me and her daily. She is such a nice lady. I highly recommend this hotel. The food is amazing, the location is amazing, the vibe is so relaxing.

Pros - Beautiful property located on the West Bank. Really unique hotel. - Free boat that takes you across to the East bank - spacious rooms and bathroom - Amazing view of the Nile - Really good quality towels - Great water pressure in shower Cons - Bed was very uncomfortable, small and squeaky. Felt as old as the place looks (Diamond Room) - Rooms are not well lit. - Wifi was non existent, couldn’t get any bars in the room.

Super flot hotel, og venligt personale Grundet kun 3 stjerner 1. wifi virkede ingen steder (men det virker dog til at være størstedelen af Egypten) 2. Har aldrig sove på så hård en seng før 3. Boat service: few feature de har at de kan bringe dig over på den anden side af Nilen uden ekstra charge med mindre du skal et specifikt sted hen. Så vi sagde vi skulle over på den anden side og blev sat af på Luxor Tempel siden. Blev opkrævet 100egp pr person så 200 pr vej. Vi venter over en time på at blive hentet på trods af vi får besked make 10-15min. Der går 45min. Og så bliver vi også opkrævet for det. Men igen udover det virkelig flot og venligt hotel. Så vil ikke skræmme folk væk fra a booke, blot være opmærksom på dette

This place is amazing! The Egyptian motif is breathtaking. The owner was there to greet us & she was great. I loved the Egyptian artifacts all around the place. The room was huge with a modern bathroom. Two towels and face cloths, so I was very happy. The restaurant food was amazing. I enjoyed the helpful staff & would recommend if you are in Luxor stay at this hotel, it’s worth the money!

Our grand stay at the Palace
Our stay at the Djorff palace was simply amazing. The owner/ hostess, Morina, was a treat. She made sure that our stay in Luxor was a delight. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. They have limited rooms but that is by design. They have a beautiful pool and a great breakfast is provided. We also ate dinner as well at the palace. They provided a traditional Egytian menu each night. We wish we could have stayed longer. They provide a boat, for free, to carry you over to the east side of the Nile. Staying on the west side was peaceful as you are surrounded by small villages. If we stayed in Luxor again, there is little doubt that the palace is number one. We will never forget our memorable stay at the palace.

Staying here is an experience. It is stunning and the owners are great- always present to make sure their guests are well taken care of. We absolutely loved this place!

THIS PLACE WAS LIKE LIVING IN AN ACTUAL PALACE YOU WOULD SEE IN THE MOVIES. IT IS AMAZING PLACE QUIET. I FELT GREAT ENERGY ALL POSITIVE. I LOVED HOW I WAS ABLE TO MEDITATE HERE. ID DEFINITELY RETURN & COME BACK.

Magical stay
Fantastic stay at the Djorff Palace. The setting is magical located on the quite and beautiful West Bank, the Palace allows a peaceful stay along the Nile’s shores. The building itself is unbelievable, built with taste and lot attention to the details, wooden balconies and windows, the place in itself a journey back to the past. Thank you so much for the creativity, hospitality and friendliness.

THE place to stay in Luxor.
From check-in to check-out the service was fantastic. A unique hotel in a perfect location led to a really enjoyable vacation. The boat across to the east side of the Nile was great and our driver (Kalid) was nothing short of brilliant to look after us on our trips. The staff were attentive and efficient and breakfast was both delicious and great fun. If you are travelling to Luxor, this is a must-stay location to make the trip both relaxing and enjoyable. 5 stars for sure.
