As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks.

Don’t stay here

When I arrived I found it to be very sketchy looking and were some homeless people trying to get a room. My room was old, the temperature control is under a desk. The hallway is very loud and there was someone knocking on doors at 11:30pm

This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I didn’t even stay the night. It was incredibly run down, everything smelled bad, the bed was uncomfortable, and the neighbourhood was questionable at best. I would give 0 stars if I cold.

I could not stay because they lyedto me on the phone. I phone the hotel before I booked and asked them if I could use my debit card for a deposit and he said yes and when I got there to check in he said we don’t use debit only Chedit card for deposits sorry

We arrived 2 hours early, hoping maybe to get an early check in, was told our room was not ready and that check in was not until 3. Not an issue, we knew there was a chance that would happen so we found the mall and walked around. Went back after 3 to be told our room still was not ready and I’d have to wait. Sat in the lobby for about half an hour while people came and checked in and got their rooms immediately, then was finally told my room was ready.

Do not stay here

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. During our one night stay, we encountered many drug addicts and two prostitutes in the building. The front windows of the hotel were smashed in. We had to change rooms because our first room wreaked of vomit. The second room smelled of urine and had blood splatters throughout the bathroom walls. The entire building is completely run down and dirty. The only positive was the friendly staff.
