Customer service was great at the front desk. Yarissa was wonderful with the checking in process. We had over a 24 hour drive and she made us feel at home.

Janissa at the front desk was amazing!! She was warm and welcoming as soon as we opened med the lobby door. This was a last minute quick and cheap reservation needed until our resort room was ready the next day. When we got into our rooms they looked and smelled freshly cleaned. The bed was comfortable and the entire place was spotless. The parking lot was well lit so felt safe.

Unfortunately, the room did not match the pictures or facilities advertised, particularly regarding the expected kitchen. Housekeeping was inadequate and was only provided after requests at the front desk, including towel replacement(at front desk). A serious hygiene concern was the presence of cockroaches, which we found in the room on three separate occasions. Additionally, the floor was sticky, there was initially a strong chemical smell, and later a persistent mold/musty odor developed, with visible signs of mold on the walls and ceiling.

“The staff at the Red Roof Inn in Kissimmee was always so nice, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Special thanks to Franji, Ruben, and Isis — they went out of their way to make our stay smooth and comfortable. The hotel was clean, the location was convenient, and the service was genuinely excellent. We’ll definitely be back!”

The hair dryer didn’t work in our room, however the room was very clean and tidy, showers had great water pressure, would of liked to have some kind of shelf or dresser for clothes, was also pet friendly you only get charged for pets if you have more than one, there where a lot of families staying/living there as well
