DC with Teens
Room was a good size but is older and furniture is dated-it’s what I expected for the price and with the exception of a dirty armchair in room 303, everything felt clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is basic and the male attendant was friendly and made everyone feel welcome. The breakfast on Sunday morning started to wrap up about a half hour early so make sure you get down there early if you want food. This hotel is a good base for DC at a reasonable rate.

Breakfast
Staff was friendly. But same breakfast was repeated for all 4 days of our stay. The oor keys got exlired everyday and had to be replaced.

Where to start? I got into Dc early so we walked around for hours checking out a museum and trying to see the sights. When I got there at 3 hoping for an early check in (at 3 pm) I was told they couldn’t see my reservation. Through a long chat message and 3 calls to the staff it was resolved but I woke up to the hotel trying to charge my card for what was a prepaid stay. There was another chat and another call to the hotel and it was again resolved. It was frustrating but things happen and in the end customer service on both ends resolved the situation. I was inconvenienced and no one wants that but…. Thanks to the hotel staff Wanda and Angela who were calming presences in my momentary crisis’.

Front Desk is extremely Slow
Stay was ok. Front desk was very inefficient. She was having trouble getting a customer checked in. After 20 minutes the customer said please take him. If not I would have stood there for an hour. I almost missed my appointment because of this. Just rude.

Well-kept midrange hotel on the outskirts
A clean, relatively inexpensive place for D.C. with spacious rooms, responsive staff, free if limited-choice breakfast, and you can't blame the hotel for the children screaming next door at 11 pm. Heads up that they charge $20/night for parking even though you are truly on the outskirts of DC, and that was an unpleasant surprise. Also, I could change the temperature and fan settings on the updated new thermostat, but nothing happened when I did. No fan went on or off, the temperature didn't change no matter how high the setting, and the room stayed cold. Maybe the old unit under the window was supposed to be on? But that wouldn't turn on at all and I assumed the unit was vestigial. It was late, so rather than ask for them to fix it or deal with moving rooms, I asked for an extra blanket which was quickly sent to me. But if this happens to you, don't be like me - ask them what's up!

All the front desk workers was really wonderful, All the women was polite and informative. I completely would give an excellent rating to stay here. Me and my husband are from Boston, Ma and we travel a lot this was by far the best stay. Thank you ladies for a wonderful stay at hotel.
