Very friendly staff and a nice hotel in a very convenient location for the train station and visiting the city. The room was clean and comfortable but for the price I would expect a fridge and the clothes storage was very minimal.

The property was smack in the middle of Edinburgh. Steps away from new town and just a short walk to Old Town. Staff were very helpful and our room stay was very comfortable.

There was construction at the hotel, which I was not made aware of prior to booking but for the most part the hotel was excellent. The staff was very polite, kind and professional. I really appreciate the service. The breakfast was excellent. The upgraded room was a nice touch, allowing me to see the castle from my room.
