The director of customer service (manager) was outstanding and addressed any of my questions in a thorough and timely manner. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was great with a ton of options and was amazing. The rooftop restaurant was lovely. I only walked through the spa but it, too, was over the top wonderful and had everything you could possibly want. I travel extensively, and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation.
