Nice hotel located not far from the city center. Although it is quite old the room is well maintained as well as the public areas. Breakfast is good and other facilities are also very good

location is close to Tesla museum and St Sava cathedral , convenient short walk to the sites. otherwise, hotel is a little dated in the rooms but beds are comfortable and heating/conditioning elements all working good. Fortress by danube is a longer stroll but still within walking distance.

Front desk and bellhops were perfect. Entire hotel is modern and well designed. Restaurant was stunning.. until the table next to me started smoking! The rest of my excellent food just tasted like ash. So much for Luxury Collection's smoke free policy! Same with my several calls to the front desk going unanswered for more than 10 minutes- these are things that don't happen in other Luxury Collection properties. Finally, the thermostat in the room is just for show. The room was too hot, so I punched in 18C, only to watch the temperature climb to 26C instead. By 1am the front desk started answering again and sent a tech to the room- he made a good show of banging around the closet for a bit, but shrugged it off (along with my broken light switch and two flickering bulbs). I spent the rest of the night staring at the ceiling of my sauna.
