"The hotel balconies provided an excellent view of Toledo. The rooms were comfortable with Spanish accents. The hotel lacked technical sophistication with spotty wi-fi and a lack of outlets at the desks to get power to the computers. In fact, we tried to connect our computer to the outlet under the desk and the entire outlet came out of the wall. Please note, that there are no restaurants near the hotel that have reliable hours. Besides all that, we had an enjoyable time and appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. Also, the breakfast was excellent."
"This is such a beautiful hotel. It has a traditional exterior but with lovely stylish modern rooms. We loved our large balcony, the air conditioning is super and the staff are very helpful and friendly, telling us about the bus service outside the hotel to the centre of Toledo Old Town and providing a map. We walked as it’s only about 1.5 miles to the centre. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of delicious options. Highly recommend."
"The hotel was beautifully furnished and our lovely room was well equipped and very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was ideally situated to see the town. Would highly recommend. "
