You get what you pay for. Some things were broken (fan, shower head). Wasn’t part of town I wanted since the listed address is just the office and not the apt location. The only twin bed mattress was so hard, like sleeping on the ground. Other than that, lovely.

Worst stay ever

The first apartment was horrible. When they say 1st floor they mean second. There was no elevator. The stairs were steep and worn. I fell down the stairs and messed up my knee. Ruined my entire trip. They moved us to another apartment. It was in the heart of the biggest tourist area. It was noisy. All of the roads were narrow and one way making it hard to get an Uber. The local trolley ran right past the front door. No air conditioning so you had to have the windows open hence you cant escape the noise. The elevator here was literally only big enough for two people. With all the trouble we had Homing didn't even offer a discount.

Posizione ottima, ma struttura un po' fatiscente. Assenza di riscaldamento e elettrodomestici che non funzionavano hanno reso il soggiorno un po' difficoltoso. Appartamento adatto a chi ha poche pretese.

Many appliances were defect including the kettle. Tv was broken. Weak electrical capacity often overloaded when turning the stove on. Kitchen did not have any hand towel. Toilet seat was broken/unstable. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Only 2 chairs provided in the dining room (for 4 people). Wifi was very weak and often not working. Many lamps did not work. Almost no lightning in the staircase. Inadequate knives for basic cutting.

+ 2 single bed and 1 double bed for 4 person. Apartment is tidy. Has a beautiful view in the "balcony". Watching planes going for landing during breakfast. Amenities for the first day like washing soap, sponge and toilet roll. - No light in the stair house. Very dark during evening and coming home late. Uncomfortable sofa. Only 2 chairs at the dining table. Very limited kitchen utensils. The kitchen fan is not working. Not always, but the bathroom can be smelly.

Spacious, clean apartment, close to metro station. Lacked a few basics though - the TV didn't work, the beds were very hard and there was no bin in the apartment.

El apartamento esta bien para la familia, lo peor es que no habia calefaccion y el primer dia hacia frio. Nos trajeron mantas y un radiador grande y tuvimos que acomodar a las niñas en una misma cama y compartir el radiador con el dormitorio principal, que estaban comunicados por una puerta. El sofa estaba un poco machacado, no era muy comodo, y se hecha en falta una mesa decente para desayunar o comer (habia una mesa en una terraza, pero habia poco espacio). La limpieza general muy bien y el baño bien.
