This hotel was amazing! My husband and I are typically budget travels but booked this as a treat for Valentines Day and loved the property. They have an amazing view, great happy hour and awesome staff.

Best tub with a view ever.
Our room was a fabulous yurt that had gorgeous view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanoes there. The grounds had lovely plants and flowers. There was no outlet to the lake but a pool instead. This was not totally clear in the readings I did about the property. They had a wonderful bar and restaurant for breakfast, snacks and dinner. Santa Catarina is a short Tuk Tuk drive away or you can walk about 15 minutes like we did.

Amazing!
An amazing hillside property overlooking the lake. Our yurt was high up near the gate and we did a lot of climbing up and down to swim, use the sauna and eat and drink. With a few improvements and repairs this property will fully shine!

I was blown away by the breathtaking views and the amazing room! It was incredibly spacious and had everything I could possibly need. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were exceptionally polite, reliable, and professional. I’m really glad I chose to stay at Jenny’s Paradise! Yvan was also a huge help in arranging tours and sharing invaluable local insights.

Great views of Lake Atitlan from our balcony! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was delicious and though we didn't eat dinner here, heard from other guests that it was great. Property was a short tuk-tuk ride from Panajachel. They also provided local recommendations for food, tours, sight seeing and even a local tuk-tuk driver which we could message through Whatsapp that made it quick and easy to get a ride when needed.

Un peu a l écart de Panajachel (1.7 km, 10mn en tuk tuk, le site est exceptionnel car en hauteur et surplombant le lac. La vue des chambres est exceptionnelle. Établissement construit sur une bande assez étroite de terrain qui descend vers le lac, du coup il faut monter/ descendre les escaliers. Ne sommes pas aller voir la piscine pour cette raison, trop de marches à remonter. Personnel très serviable mais ne parlant qu’espagnol. Yvan (manager en l’absence de Jenna) est très disponible, parle français /anglais et espagnol. Par contre les chambres et sanitaires sont très vieillissants, la superficie annoncée de 30m2 ne dépasse en fait pas 18m2 en incluant la SdB. Les chambres du haut sont très près de la route, donc très bruyantes avec en sus le bruit des fruits d’un arbre qui tombent sur le toit en zinc .. prenez vos boules quies ! Le restaurant ferme à 20h (fréquenté uniquement par les clients de l’hôtel). Bref, malgré la vue et la gentillesse du personnel, très déçue de ce séjour et du confort des chambres

WARNING ⚠️ CALL JENNA'S BEFORE ARRIVING TO PANAJACHEL so they can arrange transportation from your taxi/bus to the hotel. The "TukTuks" (the only available transportation) should charge you around $25 Quetzales to take you to the hotel. Unfortunately some of the drivers take advantage of new tourists, and we were charged an exorbitant amount. To JENNA'S staff: Please warn incoming guests about this. Other than that, I'll let the other reviews speak for themselves. This place is beautiful and the staff are excellent.

Big thanks to the manager, Yvan. Without him, we would be totally lost. He managed our tuk-tuk transportation to Panajachel and ordered our trips with a travel agency. Otherwise, unfortunately, I was disappointed. We bought the room/jurt because of the Lake Atitlan view promised in the description. Our room didn't have ANY view of Lake Atitlan!!! The place is not within walking distance from the city of Panajachel. Get ready to pay extra money for each transportation to the town and back. I understood it was a rustic area, but the room wasn't worth the money we paid.

We had a great 4 night stay at Jenna’s. Our room was small but comfortable and very clean and the view was amazing. We used the restaurant every night because we had been out all day and didn’t want to go out again to eat, but it was fine and the staff was so lovely. I’d totally recommend Jenna’s!
