The hotel is very dirty. The shower was broken when I arrived and I had to change rooms because once the shower was fixed and I could take a shower, doing so caused the water to leak into the room. The surrounding area is quite dangerous, which is not the fault of the hotel of course, but something to consider. The staff are nice and friendly and the location is close to Atocha Train Station and Puerta del Sol.

Appartement exiguë qui puait le tabac. Sale : quelqu'un s'etait essuyé les fesses avec les rideaux. salle de bains et toilettes communes ( mais propres quand). Nous sommes restés faute de trouver un autre hôtel disponible. Pas bon marché avec ça. Point positif : sa proximité avec la gare et les musées. A FUIR.

La chambre était très sale (nourriture ouverte, morceaux du placo des murs derrière l’armoire, cheveux sur les draps…), aucune fenêtre dans la chambre, la douche de la salle de bain commune ne se fermait pas à clé ce qui est inadmissible pour une salle de bain commune mixte

Has never experienced worse than that single night we stayed at this cowshed. A double room with own bathroom showed to be in a basement where the sewage water flowed at the ground at night.

Motel à éviter absolument
Impossible d’habiter dans ce motel , chambres de services et du personnels proposées comme habitation, très sales saleté partout toilettes sales linges du lit sale bref .Nous avons pas pu dormir , chambre à la cave avec des odeurs de moisissures j’ai chopé une allergie, le matin nous sommes partis ellico presto alors que nous avons payé pour 4 nuits. c’est une 3 ème mésaventure

The worst place I’ve ever spent a night. Expedia should remove them as a hotel option. One night there was a mouse in the lobby, our room flooded with water coming out of the wall and there were worms on the floor the next morning. Shady characters hanging out in the shop next door every night that we had to pass through to get to the front door. There are better options just a few blocks up the road.

El motel esta cerca del centro pero no en una zona turistica. La propiedad es vieja y no esta bien mantenida. Nuestra habitacion estaba en un sotano. No tenia ventana, y el olor a encierro y mala ventilacion eran prominentes. El baño estaba en terribles condiciones: oxido en las canillas, marco de la puerta roto con la madera raida expuesta, sucio, pelos en la cabina de ducha. Solo pasamos una noche, pero fue una experiencia horrible. No recomiendo!!

Give this one a pass.
The hotel would be better described as a hostel. The room was impossibly small (I knew that going in) but they had an enormous bed in it that made it very hard to move around. There was an air conditioner but no remote to control it, so we slept with the windows open and endured non-stop street noise until 2 a.m. Then, our neighbors who had booked several rooms started up in the hallways, so we endured another 2 hours of noise. There were no sheets on the bed, only a blanket we had to look for. The shower head wouldn't stay in place, so we sprayed water all over the bathroom trying to shower. It was cheap and near the train station but other than that, nothing to redeem it.

Era un sótano con un agujero arriba para hacer de respiradero. Vi una cucaracha, el WC no estaba limpio y había jabón tirado en el suelo. Lo peor las camas , me desperte 5 veces al menos , te clavas los muelles,más incómodo imposible, colchón para tirar vamos. Lo único bueno que había una nevera donde podía guardar mis cosas y un microondas. Para ese precio coger otra cosa

We stayed at Motel Lavapiés for two nights. Here’s my review: Location: The location is convenient, close to many shops and restaurants, and within a 15-20 minute walk to more vibrant areas. Facilities: We booked two rooms with the expectation of a shared bathroom between them, but it turned out the bathroom was shared by all the rooms on the floor. If you’re particular about hygiene, this might not be the best option. The rooms themselves are average, and there is a shared fridge and microwave available for all guests. Noise: The most frustrating part of the stay was the noise. Both nights were filled with loud noises and shouting, which made it difficult to sleep.
