Very tiny room but with excellent services,
The hotel team are excellent - always smiling and kind. The receptionists were very helpful in recommending places and provided adaptors for our chargers. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably. The restaurant barmen, provided ice and also pot of hot water for us to bring into our room as a solution. luckily there is an outdoor garden seating area just outside our room which we use as a seating area. The House Keeping team is also very responsive and helpful when we called for help due to the blocked drain.

Uncomfortable and Cramped
The rooms are tiny, with only a narrow shelf for belongings and no closet. The hanging bar for clothes is poorly designed and if you hang clothes they reach to the floor which is the only spot to open your luggage so this makes it feel even more cramped. No microwave, no mini-frig, no charging outlets. We will not be staying here again.

Long weekend in Lisbon
Loved our stay at Maxime Hotel, it was for 4 nights, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was very good with a Metro starion just 2 minute walk, but can walk to city centre within 10-15 mins depending where you want to go. Would definitely stay again and would recommend anyone visiting Lisbon.

O hotel é bom. Pra mim o ponto negativo é que os quartos não possuem frigobar impossibilitando os hóspedes de poder refrigerar uma água, vinho ou qualquer bebida para consumo. Os pontos positivos são a localização e o atendimento da equipe.

Perfekte Lage zum Shoppen oder für Ausflüge. Metro ist 200 m entfernt. 15 min zu Fuß bis zum Tejo. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl im Cabaret-Saal. Schön ausgestattete Zimmer die dem Stile des Hauses Rechnung tragen. Sehr nettes und gut informiertes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was a little tight but we weren't in the room that much. Great location and everything is walkable. We got metro passes while we were there so easy to get around. Main things were location, breakfast which was really nice and they have an excellent friendly staff.

My stay was amazing. Interesting theme, loved the decor and felt very welcoming. Staff was very helpful and kind. Their breakfast spread was delicious. Conveniently located for sightseeing and close to metro. They have performances in the night and can be loud at times till 10 pm. Overall, made my trip to Lisbon memorable.

We had a pleasant stay at Maxime Hotel. The staff were generally very helpful and friendly, always greeting us with a smile, which made us feel welcome. The continental breakfast selection was sufficient, offering a nice start to each day. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the metro and public transport, making it convenient to explore the city. However, there are a few areas for improvement. It would be great to have amenities like bathtub, gym room, or at least yoga mats available. Additionally, soundproofing could use some attention, as we could easily hear conversations from neighboring rooms and the noise from street bin collection late at night. Overall, a good place to stay with potential for enhancements.
