It’s tucked into a street that’s hard to find and I used to live in HK! Rooms are on the smaller side but costly. The plus side are the eating areas nearby and Victoria park for an early morning walk. I will only stay there again if the price is lower and there’s no other option.

We would like to express our gratitude towards the cleaning staff during our stay. The cleaning lady was in charge of our 15th floor from May6-14, and she had exhibited exceptional customer service. We appreciate her politeness and kindness. In contrast to the services we have received in Hong Kong, she was a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

Terrible, customer service, room had an damp urine smell and when asked to swap was made to feel like an inconvenience, rather than politely offering another room the only option was to pay an additional HKD1600 and would only accept cash. Avoid this hotel ! Location was good that was it. Not the standard I expected considering it was 18night stay!

Overall hotel service was very good, rooms were clean and comfortable. Room and washroom was small but yet comfortable. Easily accessible by public transport with a couple of MTR stations close by.
