The property was exceptional. It seemed brand new, everything was immaculate, the staff was fantastic and the room layout was very good with the shower separate from the commode. They also had a nice tiny buffet in the lounge that was continuously stocked in the morning and an evening 'happy hour' with wine and sake with some unique snacks. I would stay here again.

A hidden gem

Excellent location with a Family Mart and a huge Donquijot around the corner. Very close to the fancy Ginza area yet hidden on a side street for quiet and peaceful nights. The metro station is 5 minutes away. They have free lounges, but you should definitely try the in-room breakfast. They alternate Japanese and western styles with a delicious soup every morning. The room is in great condition and the shower is very comfortable. Strongly recommend.

We stayed four nights here and loved the hotel for its large and well-equipped rooms (Dyson hairdryer, rain shower, humidifier, bath tub, coffee/tea machine, large beds, additional seating area) as well as their lounge next to the reception. Location was perfect with not only the Ginza district next door but also was a short walk to the train station. There was also a convenience store, super market and Don Quixote round the corner. We will definitely be looking to return for another stay!

We stayed here for two nights and were satisfied. Hotel has a lounge opened for guests 6:30-22:00, with snacks, beverage, ice cream and etc, very easy for families with kids. Breakfast was sent to the room and was pretty good with an alternative Japanese and Western styles every other day. 2 min walking distance to Ginza shopping area. There’s a grocery and post office around the corner, which are bonus!

Excellent location right on Ginza 9 chome and next to Don Don DONKI and a supermarket. Love the lounge (open to all guests) which offers complimentary snacks and drinks (2 servings of wine/sake per person per day). Kids would end the day with free ice-cream.

There were 3 of us total. Wife and I with our toddler. There were grocery and convenient stores very close. Metro station was 5 min walk away. We wavered between staying here, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. We are glad we stayed here instead.

Everything is fine except that their mattresses are not comfortable. I also asked about luggage delivery service to another hotel and two staff had told me that there was no same day delivery option so I booked another service myself. When I checked out and told the reception that there will be someone else picking up my luggage, another staff then told they actually do have same-day delivery service. I guess they need to train some of the staff better to avoid providing misinformation.
