Really lovely hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. My room was large and comfortable with a fab view across Jerusalem, and the breakfast was amazing! You couldn't ask for a better location, it is surrounded by great places to eat and drink, close to the Old City, easily walkable to most places you'd want to go and close to the light rail. Really appreciate the welcome I was given by everyone at the hotel.

It was in a great location and the hotel was pretty clean. There were a few stains on the carpet but it didn’t really bother us. Checking in was quick and easy. When we asked the front desk for extra items they were quick to bring it to our room.

Location right on Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall cannot be beat. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, printing notes to bring to the Wall, watching our luggage, and providing complimentary waters. Room was a bit small, but for the price, location was great, things were comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. Would definitely stay again.

Location is great, located in the heart of Jerusalem downtown. Close walk to light train, shops and a lot of eating options. The vibe is great around the Hotel, from mostly locals. The staff was super attentive, specially the Hotel's general manager, who allowed us to late check-out due to our late flight back, so we could enjoy the city for some extra hours.

Two nights in Jerusalem. over the weekend

The room was very small. I had to unpack and pack lifting a heavy piece of luggage onto the bed as there was no room on the floor. The chair was uncomfortable. There was no street in front of the hotel; it’s located on a pedestrian mall The soap dispenser was not user friendly There was loud music late at night from nearby entertainment venues The only good aspect was the extensive range of choices on the large TV screen

We booked two queen beds and we only got one queen and a sofa bed. Disappointed and didn’t want to argue with them since they seems not to understand what we booked, since we were very tired we let it go. But we pay more for less. Carpet was filthy dirty, bathroom shower leak water to the rest of the bathroom. We had to put towel on the floor to stopped it. Also, towels are old and gray. It’s clean but a bit not taken care of in detail. The staff was very nice all the time though. Very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with great vies of town on the roof top. The staff at the restraint very nice! Food delicious. It’s a busy location in city center.

The hotel is centrally located and easy access to restaurants, shops, buses, the light rail, and anything you could really want. I stayed on the 6th floor and there was no noise at all from the street. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was terrific! The second night of my stay a high school group stayed at the hotel. They were making a bit of noise, so I called the front desk. The staff were supportive and took care of the problem. There was no further incidents with the students. On my last day, Nissim, at the front desk helped me get a taxi, even though he was swamped due to having a full house. He was exceptionally helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was centrally located. Unfortunately, I have never stayed in a hotel that you needed to put the key in a special slot inside the room in order for the lights and air to work. The sliding door also needed to be locked for the air to work. This was not explained when I checked in which was an issue. In addition, I would not stay at this hotel during a holiday again. The music and dancing outside, was extremely loud until 11pm each night.
