The hotel is nice, close to the Summit mall. I came here early than what I booked. Happy to pay for extra night but the person that hosted me was unprofessional. He was not happy with us (maybe we interrupted his movie time?) But instead gave us the amount of the room, he didn’t tell us how much and didn’t have any receipts

As soon as I got there I noticed it was hot in the room tried to turn the air up but it was already as low as possible we were all miserable all night!! Only had 2 towels when I arrived knowing I had booked the room for 4! Called the front desk to ask for more and the guy says they’ll be right up so almost an hour later I had to call back and he says oh they are just getting them out of the dryer which was a lie because they were cold when she finally brought them!! Tub was clogged wouldn’t drain

The hotel is located within five minutes of I-459 yet is in a quieter area with minimal traffic. It's only a short distance to a variety of restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The facility was spotlessly clean both in public areas and in the room. The complimentary breakfast allowed a variety of choices in quantities that should satisfy most any appetite.

Great breakfast and Tesla Chargers
Our stay was good. Clean hotel, friendly staff, really nice hot breakfast. Rooms kinda cramped but overall our stay was pleasant and it was good to get out of the bad storm instead of traveling in it with small kids. Tesla chargers worked great. Fully charged by morning.
