Great place (and location)

Our room was well situated in the middle of things and had access to a lovely garden where we sat for a while in the evening and morning. It was also a nice quiet stay. Our friends recommended it and we’d do the same.

Location: walkable distance to landmarks without taking the water bus. A 25 minute walk from train station to the check in place or a 5 minute walk after water bus. For Venice, the walking is enjoyable under May fine bright weather along water. One note, same as many buildings in Venice, this building has no elevator. And also a 7 minute walk to ferry for Burano and Moreno islands. Room: newly renovated building and room, it’s like a B&B except you are ok to store your luggage’s for the check in/out days, you may continue exploring after check out. Room is larger than a hotel room in Venice, fresh Reno with a private deck, which adding vacation vibes. Shopping and food: the main shopping street is 5 minutes away, the only McDonald and Starbucks on the main island are on this street. Google 4 plus restaurants are nearby.

This hotel was in a perfect area to walk to all the sites. The neighborhood was quiet but you were still close enough to lots of bars and restaurants. The only thing that was odd is the card for the electric needed to be used for the air conditioning at night but then a few lights didn’t have a switch to shut off so we had no choice but to remove card Also, then we weren’t able to charge our devices

We enjoyed our stay, location was great, we could walk everywhere. We did have little issues such as hair dryer not working, and the electrical outlets did not work after inserting our adapter outlets.
