Would highly recommend

A great 4 days for a family with children aged 4, 7, 9. We loved the food (great range) activities (tennis, bicycling, pool, beach, kids clubs etc…) and will be back. Thank you to the young woman who lead the kids clubs and kids disco as well as Amor on the reception desk; she was a great help.

Parfait

Séjour d’une semaine début août 2025 en famille un couple et un enfant de 11ans. Je recommande cet hôtel l’emplacement est idéal a 5 minutes d’une plage magnifique dans une station balnéaire tranquille de petite taille mais parfaite avec un joli port. L’hôtel est très bien, toujours de la place pour se garer aux alentours en voiture. Hôtel avec une piscine adaptée aux enfants peu importe l’âge. Un buffet satisfaisant et un personnel au petit soin qui fera l’effort de parler français si vous ne parlez pas bien espagnol ou anglais. Une mention particulière à la gentillesse d’Irina au buffet qui a pris le soin de vérifier que tout était sécurisé pour les repas (absence d’allergènes ) et Neus a l’accueil. Toutes les deux sont très professionnels. Des animations à la piscine et le soir sympa. L’appartement très bien. Je recommande fortement !

Bon rapport qualité prix

Un bel hôtel, emplacement parfait, proche de la plage, des commerces, du port. Bon rapport qualité prix : calme, propre, personnel agréable, belle piscine, restaurant très bien. Il est facile de se garer autour de l’hôtel au moins de juillet. Point à améliorer : banquette lit peu confortable pour dormir dans la pièce principale (pas de canapé lit), bruit de la climatisation et du réfrigérateur. Pour une famille, mieux vaut prendre 2 chambres pour bien dormir, les lits dans la chambre étaient très bien.

Très bon séjour hôtel "village" à 2 pas de la mer

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche des plages et des commerces que l'on peut rejoindre facilement à pied. Les logements sont disséminés façon petit village avec beaucoup de fleurs. La très grande piscine a une température idéale avec une partie enfants. L'appartement de 2 chambres bénéficie de 2 salles de bain, appréciable quand on est à 2 couples. Petite terrasse pour lire ou prendre un café. La literie est excellente et le coin cuisine est bien fourni. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Les buffets petit-déjeuner et diner sont classiques mais avec beaucoup de choix, surtout au petit-déjeuner. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour mais je trouve que le rapport qualité/prix est un peu élevé.

Très bon hôtel. Le lieu est agréable, convivial et très méditerranéen. Tout est à proximité (bus pour Ciutadella, plage à 5 minutes à pied et le port à 10 minutes). Les chambres sont simples et propres. Le personnel de l’accueil est très agréable et toujours de bon conseil. La piscine est au top. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Mais, nous n’avons pas accroché avec les dîners (demi-pensions) : cela restait passable quand même !

Nice hotel. Staff at breakfast only spanish speaking, but on can live with that. Good location and nice pool area. We visited after real hihg season and the hotel as well as the surrounding area was nice, calm and silent.

We had a terrible experience with the reception staff, who we informed on different occasions that the shower in our room was unregulated and scalding water was coming out unexpectedly. Their first response was: we don't have any more rooms, I'm sorry, and then, when a technician came for the third time and managed to verify the problem, they lied to Expedia and said that we 1. had not let the technician in, 2. that they had us Offered from the first day room change. We liked the large pool, which was quieter than many hotels we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection, though it didn’t change much. Our room was good, the sofa bed was fantastic, with two large mattresses, perfect for our kids. The balcony was small without direct sunlight which we didn’t mind as it kept us cool during our summer visit. The bathroom was modern and appeared recently updated. The apartment kitchen was dated and cupboards smelled of mildew or mould, yuk. There was entertainment at the property which was ok, but that may be because it was towards the end of the season. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is great, really convenient for the beach and marina.
