It was a mess from the start (day of check-in) we had great difficulty getting the door code. We had rented a two bedroom villa and we were shocked at the condition of the room that we were told was our room. First of all, it was a 1 bedroom unit. When I called to report this was not our room, we were told the other couple traveling with us had to submit a form before they would get their room code. It turns out, that room was what we should have been given. It was a two bedroom unit like the one I thought we had paid for. By this time, it was very late, we were all tired so we used the rooms we were assigned. In the morning, I discovered the shower would not work! This sort of (bait and switch) is totally unacceptable!!!! I think we deserve our money back!!!
