Absolutely stunning hotel, with exceptional service from start to finish. Just loved this hotel. The interior styling and decor was stunning. Everything was such high quality but at a fair price. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. We are getting married in Samoens next year and have recommended Hotel Alexane as a place to stay for our family and guests.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff on reception are amazing. Always happy to help. We were a group of three friends and had a large suite, which was fantastic. The attention to detain is just brilliant. Our room had a big double bedroom with en-suite. There was then and lounge area with dinning table and kitchen, as well as a second bathroom and toilet. Stairs took you up to an open planned upstairs bedroom with four single beds. The kitchen was really well equipped. It had absolutely everything you needed. They even had a little welcome box of cleaning bits, including dishwasher tablets and rinse aid. You can preorder bread and pasties for the following morning from reception the night before, and then you don’t have to go out first thing. Just brilliant. The room had everything you could possibly want and more, including slippers and dressing gowns. The spa is as amazing as it looks in the pictures, although I think the hot tub could do with being a little warmer, but a really great space. The whole hotel is really well decorated/designed and feels warm and cosy from the moment you arrive. Everything is spotlessly clean. I had read that the rooms are not serviced, but this was not the case, and we were offered free daily service at check in. Overall, a perfect ski hotel and I would happily recommend to anyone.
