DON'T MISS THIS ONE .. ELEGANT BOUTIQUE HOTEL!

Plaved in a phenomenal location near everything in the center of old Palero is a VERY SPECIAL, CLASSY, ELEGANT boutique Hotel. Once inside, you will be greeted by warm friendly, knowledgeable staff that make you feel like you just got home! They did everything possible to help us find our way around and suggested wonderful options for us. Their staff and their breakfasts were so nice☺️☺️

Amazing location! Right off the main street, yet quiet enough. The staff is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious each morning. So many great items to choose from. We were able to park our rental car just down the street for free the whole time we were there. I highly recommend this hotel.

If you’re traveling to Palermo, Palazzo Natoli is definitely a MUST place to stay during your visit. The Staff is excellent and the accommodations are superb! The hotel location is great so you can easily walk to the main touristic points of the city and their breakfast is a perfect way to start your day before going around. A huge shoutout to the hostess Alicia, who helped us with our itinerary and recommended us the best places to visit during our stay including touristic points, restaurants and bars!

First I would like to say that the staff provided excellent service. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast service and food was exceptional. The room itself was clean and modern with lots of extras. The beds were very comfortable. My husband and I are well travelled and this is one of our best stays.

Excellent small boutique hotel. Large Renovated room and bath. Front desk personnel were phenomenal… helpful, informative, always pleasant to deal with… Great location in the heart of Palermo between Quattro Canti and the Cathedral/Palace. Highly recommend!

Would absolutely recommend this hotel!! As a female solo traveler that had never been to Palermo and was unfamiliar with the area, I was worried about booking the right hotel, but I had the best experience here and felt very safe. All the staff members were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel breakfast every morning is AMAZING (plus there is complimentary coffee, tea, and water offered in the room too). The location is also very central (only about a 15-minute walk from Palermo Centrale, so quite convenient for getting to/from the airport if taking the train), and it is located right around the corner from Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the main city streets with many options for dining and shopping. The hotel even provides a guide with some recommended restaurants and tourist activities, and most of the major tourist sites are also within about 20-minutes walking distance of this hotel! Would definitely stay here again, and I would encourage anyone considering this hotel to book a room here ASAP! :)

Perfect location, close to many sightseeing spots (cathedral, palace, museum) and close to many great restaurants regardless of your budget. Staff were excellent, patient and attentive. They offered great suggestions. Nini and the rest of the reception team were absolutely lovely and helpful- especially with our parents. Breakfast was a lovely experience, many thanks to the F&B team. Be sure to try the cannoli at breakfast!

Staff are absolutely amazing, had the best recommendations for things to see and do and places to eat. We had wonderful food as a result. Driving to the hotel is a little tricky and definitely recommend the parking garage option. Breakfast is delicious and lots of options to pick each day. Rooms were large and comfortable. Location is fantastic. Highly recommend for a stay in Palermo!
