Worst staff ANYWHERE!!

The staff here are a disgrace. From the miserable, couldnt-care-less attitude of the receptionists (Daniella aside,.to the housekeeping who, every single day, shout outside the rooms, waking everyone up. It has poor internet, a construction site next door and, even when you return as a guest (as ai had to since I had prebioked in advance) they treat you like dirt. They even left 3 huge bags of rubbish outside our room for 3 days!! We own a travel conpany and I have visited over 100 countries and basically live in hotels. Do not stay here!!

The stay was great, loved the room,the bathroom is huge, the only thing is that the rooms are missing a refrigerator, I need to drink cold water in the middle of the night and I couldn't, I loved everything else, like the guy downstairs is like protecting the guests

Good location with many downfalls

The location of the hotel is great. The downside of the great location is that it is super loud overnight. There was noise until 4am on the weekend from bars and clubs across the street. The elevator did not work for most of the stay. The bed was comfortable but there were no additions that are common in hotels in Canada and the United States (mini fridge, full length mirror, or even a Kleenex box). There was an issue with the toilet around midnight on one of the nights of the stay. We were told it was "impossible" to fix until 7am the next morning. When asked how we would use the toilet if required, there was no response. Overall, the standard of this hotel is not what I expected coming from Canada and the level of customer service was far below what we normally expect.

Ofrecen servicio que no tienen

Cuando reverbera me ofrecieron que tenía televisión por cable así que quise ver Netflix y no pude hable a recepción me dijeron que al siguiente día enviarían un técnico y al siguiente día hablé de nuevo nadie fue solo me dijeron por teléfono que lo sentían pero que ese televisor no tenía servicio de cable me molestó mucho saber eso una vez que estaba allí, lo segundo que sucedió fue que no teníamos vista al ángel como lo propetieron ala hora de la recervacion ya que están construyendo un edificio justo al lado y eso nula la vista al ángel Y por último me hizo falta un perfume que no era nuevo pero al llegar aquí me Di cuenta que no venía en mis pertenecías yo revisé el cuarto y no lo dejé lo que sí me extrañó a la hora de recoger todo fue que no lo vi donde lo tenía y pensé ya lo puse en mi maleta pero no, no llegó así que estoy triste por esas cosas no creo volver a hospedarme en sus hoteles gracias y espero que para futuros clientes tengan un mejor estándar a lo que ofrecen al momento de recervar buen día

Allgemein: sehr gut. Sauberkeit/Internet: schlecht

Nach dem Check-in mussten wir das Zimmer viermal wechseln, bis wir ein sauberes Zimmer gefunden haben. Das Personal der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich und hat uns weitere Zimmer gezeigt, bis schlussendlich das vierte Zimmer sauber und das Bett tatsächlich frisch gemacht war. Die vorherigen Zimmer waren weder gereinigt, noch war die Bettwäsche gewechselt sondern lediglich oberflächlich glatt gezogen worden,jedoch die Bettwäsche voller Haare und anderer Verunreinigungen. Das WLAN war nur für Messenger Nutzung zu gebrauchen bei unter 0.5Mbps war Arbeiten leider nicht möglich. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers sowie Badezimmers war gut und neuwertig. Das Frühstück war im Preis mit inbegriffen und sehr gut,auf der Dachterrasse im Hotel bei sehr gutem Servicepersonal am Frühstücksbuffet. Die Dachterrasse ist 24h geöffnet und die vollautomatische Kaffeemaschine kostenlos nutzbar. Das gesamte Hotel ist schön gestaltet im Inneren und neuwertig bei einer Mischung des Designs aus Holz,Metall und klassischem Stein.

The hotel was just ok. We paid for a suite but didn’t get it. The towels were clean but grayish. Bedspread had a big spot, carpet worn, it was noisy. But with all that said it was an economical stay at a hotel that provided the basics.

No me reconocieron los beneficios de socio silver que incluía una botella de vino por estancia argumentando que habían recibido mi reserva por parte de expedia ??? Y no por hoteles.com y que no tenían por tanto ninguna petición de beneficio adicional Les mostré mi confirmación de reserva donde marcaba el beneficio y no lo quisieron reconocer En las fotos que muestran las habitaciones todas tienen ventana o terraza y vista a la calle y la que me asignaron ni ventana ni ventilación! No entiendo entonces cuales beneficios tengo por ser silver??? Y que garantías que los respeten
