Bueno, pero no es un hotel al que regresaría.

Cuando llegue me comentaron que sobre vendieron la habitación que reservé por lo que me mandaron a otra habitación de menor valor. La concierge asignada nos regaló la reserva de una cama balinesa en la playa, sin embargo al siguiente día que nos acercamos a la playa quien se encargaba ni enterado estaba y hubo un momento incómodo por ello donde me insinuaron que posiblemente no estaba diciendo la verdad, creo que esto se pudo evitar con una mejor comunicación interna, también cuando nos movieron de habitación a la correcta, nos dimos cuenta que la nueva habitación estaba sucia y descuidada, no servía la regadera, se llevaron las toallas y batas y no las regresaron, en los restaurantes de especialidad no daban muy buena atención. Si es muy notable la calidad entre el Krystal y Hacienda. Aunque en general las instalaciones del hotel están maltratadas y no hay variedad en alimentos. Por el precio hay mejores opciones, es el 3er Krystal que visito y mi opinión de la cadena empeora

Overall had a great experience. This is my second time visiting and I would definitely visit again. The food is relatively good (except for the Italian food), the entire property is clean and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our first room shower so they had to put us in another room, but I’d say that was the only issue we ran into while visiting. I love that you can access the sister hotel next door which has a rooftop adult only pool overlooking the beach.

I had an amazing time! The workers were so helpful and extremely nice! Lots of sleep lots of drinks and lots of food was had! Can’t wait to go back! I only went to one show but definitely want to go back and enjoy all the activities that go on!

First the positives: most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet on the hacienda side was good, the pools were nice. The negatives: the staff that we needed help from were not very nice, the food other than breakfast was horrible, the “rules” about holding pool chairs wasn’t followed by the staff so people would put their towel on a chair early in the morning and hold it all day, a lot of things were broken (doors, sinks, bathrooms), only 2-3 restaurants were open each day and reservations could only be made on the same day btwn 10-4, room service had a $15 delivery fee, and did I mention the food was AWFUL!!!

I didn’t like the wait time to get our room. We landed early 12:30pm and got to the hotel at 1pm check in time was at 3:30pm but they didn’t have a room available for us until 7:30pm. And there was no manager there to speak with, they couldn’t accommodate us and the staff at the front desk were worthless.

The staff was good, but the food was bad. It was like a 'Cuba Diet'. It wasn't quite that bad, if you have been there you know what I mean. Making reservations was a pain.

Honestly, I enjoyed the food and drinks at this hotel. Also, the staff were very kind and accommodating. I loved playing beach volleyball here. However, I had issues with a couple of things: 1. The hotel rooms need updating. My hotel room’s shower head was leaking so the water pressure was very low. The walls in my room had different patches of paint. My friend’s hotel room door would not always close fully. 2. The cleanings happen quite slowly. Someone else on my floor had left out their dirty and used room service dishes (which still had food on them). The plates and dishes were there from at least 10am to 6pm! The heat and humidity caused the smell to be unpleasant, and the food was eventually eaten by raccoons since it had been left out for so long.

Llegué a este hotel para llevar de vacaciones a mis padres y a los de mi pareja, esperando una experiencia agradable. Pero tan solo llegando tuvimos la mala experiencia de tener que esperar más de 3 horas por nuestras habitaciones, sin mencionar que nos dieron la equivocada. Personal insuficiente en la recepción, fue una mala primera impresión. El servicio en los restaurantes dejó mucho que desear por parte de algunos meseros. Y lo peor de todo fue cuando fuimos a ver las opciones del Club Vacacional, teniendo la peor experiencia con sus vendedores groseros y agresivos obligándote a venderte sus servicios a la fuerza y con condiciones absurdas. Lo bueno sin duda: la comida, las instalaciones y el buen servicio de algunos trabajadores que hicieron que nuestra estancia no fuera del todo desagradable.

We had a great week at The Hacienda at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta. We stayed on the adult side so it was very peaceful but did spend some time at the Krystal Grand and appreciated that we had a choice. The property is very pretty and the beach is lovely. The food wasnt spectacular, but I was not expecting it to be. Servers were awesome! Great atmosphere.

El hotel es muy bonito pero ya está descuidado. Los meseros y el personal de alberca son muy amables, pero el resto no tanto y menos las recamareras ya sé que se batalla para que te surtan lo que falta en tu habitación. En la madrugada se escucha el carrito del personal donde están moviendo cosas (una noche me despertó en 3 ocasiones). No es un hotel VIP como te lo mencionan al recibirte pues el servicio deja mucho que desear.
