地點近車站，生活機能佳，但住宿服務不太行。

優點離車站很近、週邊機能方便，中餐廳、超市都有。 房間還可以不算太小，但飯店提供的網路根本不能用，非常不穩定，然後漫遊的訊號也很弱，所以對網路需求大的人要考慮。 浴室雖然乾淨但蓮蓬頭的水管銜接處是壞的，所以洗澡水量會不穩定。 所以只能給60分

Perfect location.

Great for 1 person or couple who will spend their day all out and economical. Easy to catch the train in Termini and caught the bus back to the airport. The busses are easy to catch at the beginning of the Terminal and go to each atteaction or catch the Greenlight bus or Hop on Bus. Lots of shoppibg retail or food at Termini. Also the trains take you to other destinations.
Near the Piazza and Termini.

Só tive somente 1 estadia. Cheguei às 10am para fazer o checkin no B&B e tive que esperar 1 hora na porta na rua no calor de Roma com as malas, porque não tem recepção e o proprietário atrasou para nos atender. O checkin foi tudo bem. Mas quando entrei no banheiro do quarto estava com a bacia do vaso toda suja. O lugar é muito próximo da Estação Termini, isso era ótimo.

Safe, convenient and Pretty

I booked doe 1 night only. I was delayed coming in and they were very accommodating. Room was clean and very pretty. I was thankful for the lift with my luggage. As a solo female traveller, I felt very secure Im the building, unit and room. Will defiantly stay again when I come back.

You will have to call phone number to get access to the appartment. There is a fridge, coffee maker, clean shower with sheets. The guy will arrive about 5 minutes after the call. Without phone call you will not get in.

Not a Real Hotel – No Reception, Dirty Bathroom, and Misleading Breakfast We had a very frustrating experience at this property in Rome. I mistakenly informed the host I would arrive at 11 PM, but arrived at 11 AM. While this was my error, I expected someone on-site, like any proper lodging. Instead, I found an empty building with no reception. It’s not a hotel—just rooms inside an apartment building. I had to wait for nearly two hours on the stairs with my luggage until the host arrived. To make matters worse, the room, although seemingly clean, had an unpleasant smell, and the toilet was visibly dirty. My wife had to clean the toilet herself so we could use it. The “included breakfast” is highly misleading. You receive a voucher for a croissant and a hot drink at a bar two blocks away, where you are not allowed to sit. You must eat standing at the counter, unless you pay an extra fee to sit at a table. This is far from what one expects when breakfast is advertised as included. The building is very old, the elevator is tiny, and there is no staff on-site to support you. The only positive aspect is the location, near the main train station. Everything else was disappointing. Future guests should be clearly informed: there is no reception, no proper breakfast, and no professional hotel experience.

It should have been made clear that this is an air b & b type of setup not a hotel. We had trouble finding it. A picture of the front of the building showing it’s not a hotel and which apartment button you push would have been helpful. We’re 2 seniors and had to drag all our luggage for a 2 week cruise up a flight of stairs because the elevator doesn’t go to the ground floor. Breakfast is not on sight but at a restaurant a few blocks away. Although the room itself was fine I feel I was misled.
