No viví ninguna experiencia, ya que cuando llegué al sitio me dicen que no tenía ninguna reserva y que había sido cancelada. Pero al revisar los pagos de la tarjeta veo con sorpresa que si la cobraron. Ahora para pedir el reembolso del dinero ha sido un problema, porque la aplicación no ha podido comunicarse con el hotel, aunque envié los el Mail de cancelación. Como es posible que la misma aplicación no pueda comunicarse con el hotel que está en su base de datos. Que falta de respeto a sus clientes por parte de esta aplicación y del hotel.
