Centralt hotell med bra service

Ett litet trevligt hotell på bästa läge i Lissabon. Servicen är kanon och de är alltid hjälpsamma med allt. Frukosten är relativt enkel med det finns lite av varje.

Great hotel

Location is amazing. Right on a Main Street in the middle of everything. Lobby was tiny but our room was spacious. Didn’t have a view but we just had to walk out the front door to see everything. Staff at reception were terrific. Very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was small but did the job. Would definitely stay here again.

Solo

I had a great experience at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right outside the door are plenty of restaurants and bars, making it super convenient for dining and nightlife. Pink St, Green St, Tram 12& 28, and Ler Devagar in walking distance. The hotel also helped coordinate airport transfers, which was a big plus. While there’s no traditional lobby to wait in, the staff was mostly friendly and welcoming. My room was small but clean and quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a well-situated, peaceful spot with everything you need nearby, this is a great choice

Cute Hotel - Great Location!

Very friendly check-in! Couldn’t accommodate an early check-in but kept our bags and had them brought to our room. Much of the staff was friendly but unfortunately not all…especially one man who hardly smiled and wasn’t overly welcoming. Room didn’t always get cleaned until mid afternoon which was a little challenging, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Need to improve their body wash/shampoo situation

Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. My only complaint is that they never refilled the bottle of body wash/shampoo or the hand soap one, and even when I called the lobby to ask for some body wash or soap (we had run out), their response was that’s they didn’t have any more body wash on site. I kept on insisting until finally and magically, they produced a little bar soap. Thankfully, I only had two more days left and the little bar soap lasted until I left.

The room was comfortable and staff in front desk were ok. The breakfast service had a very limited menu options and the price was steep for toast, orange juice and coffee. Thre is no place to sit in the lobby and get any other coffee/tea other than the PORTO red wine. There was no additional soap bars, lotion, sewing kit and water, they provided one bottle the first day and the coffee pods that get replaced every 3 days and that needs to be improved for customers for hotels that are in central and rate themselves high to be competive with other hotels in same price range.

O Hotel fica em zona peatonal. Indicado para turistas que querem circular a pé pelo centro de Lisboa. A localização é excelente. As limitações ficam por ser um hotel mais simples em termos de estrutura. Atendimento pela equipe de funcionários foi excelente.
