Great location and staff.
Great location on the Main Street. Would have been better if there was a downstairs lounge/ seating area. Very friendly, helpful and efficient front of house staff. Nice to have welcoming pastel de nata and port wine. Delighted to get a cake and candles on my wife’s birthday. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Great location and staff
The hotel is very nice. This is our 3rd trip in Lisbon and we enjoyed our time there. The staff were amazing and very nice and helpful. The location is great in the city center and everything is walking distance. The breakfast was also great with a lot of different kinds of tropical fruits which we enjoyed eating. They also provide port wine and pastel de nata daily and that was a plus.

Great location, average room
This hotel is located right in the heart of Lisbon amongst so much of what you’d want to see, or with easy access to transport options for those places a little further away. For me, the bathroom smelt like a sewer so I think there must be problems with the drains. Reported to reception but no resolution before I left.

recommendable !
Renovated rooms, very nice hotel and friendly staff - but not that much Room at the restaurant, and some of our rooms had a slight smell of sewer, probably due to a faulty in the construction in the bathroom. But no matter What, the location was top of the pop, no question about that.

Fab stay. Nice liitle touches- mini pastel de nata at reception with a glass of port if you want. Although we only stayed one night had a upgrade to room with a balcony and street view. One concern was the bathroom extractor fan which seem to run continuously. However it stops at night. Rui and Selena on reception could not do enough for us. Even managed to get a cup of tea when checking in. There is a coffee machine but unfortunately no tea making facilities - for one night was fine. Although the room was not hugh it was sufficient and the shower room room was a good size. There is a restaurant next door that although seperate from the hotel does offer breakfast for hotel guests - at an additional charge. We did not use this. Rui and Selna were very knowledgeable and helpful in providing information on the areas we wanted to visit. We took advantage of the hotel transfer service which worked well. Not sure how a taxi would compare but we found it worked well for us. The hotel staff meet us at the drop off point on arrival and the driver came to the hotel 9n the return trip. This was excellent as the hotel is in the centre and in the pedestrian only area. The driver who collected us from the airport even took us via a route to show us specific things we asked about. Being an old narrow building the corridor are narrow and the rooms are not large but this did not impact on our stay.All in all a great stay and we would return.

La temperatura en la habitación el primer día era muy caliente y no lo resolvieron hasta el próximo día, así que esa noche fue fatal, ni dormir ni descansar fue posible por la calor. Sin embargo, al otro día había sido corregido y fue PERFECTO! El hotel lo tiene todo. 😉
