DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! -2000000/10

I checked in and made my way to my room (227) and when i opened the door i was immediately greeted with a LOUD musty smell. It was a mixture of must and disinfectant spray, like they were trying to disguise whatever the smell was. The air quality in the room was super stuffy and my nose was instantly congested. It was so bad to the point I had to turn the air off and noticed the vents were full of dust, hair & dirt. The bathroom had rust on the shower head, in the crevices of the shower & the crevices of the door. The sink had no stopper and I did not feel comfortable taking a shower or even washing my hands. The room floors clearly had not been vacuumed in idk how long as I found hair, food, dust & spider webs on the floor. The bedroom lamp had mold on the lamp shade, the chair had dust in the crevices, only 1 lightbulb worked in the lamp by the beds!!!! I did not feel comfortable sleeping under the comforter or laying on the pillows so I went to the front desk to see if I could change rooms due to the lack of cleanliness & was told I had to wait for a manager to come to approve the move but the manager never came. At this point it is 12am and I am irritated and just want to go to sleep. I asked for a clean sheet so that I could put it over the bed and slept with my personal blanket on top of me. When I returned back to the room, I was super cold and turned the heat on. I had to suffer the entire night with a congested nose due to the air quality. I couldn’t upload all the p

Wonder staff friendly greeting when checking in. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms with great amenities provided. Great selection to eat for breakfast wonderful choices for all types of dietary needs. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel

The hotel is very nice, and the price was great. We slept well on the comfy beds, and the breakfast was good. The only negatives were no bath towels and a roach in the bathtub.

Served its purpose

It was mostly good. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. However, the wall are paper thin. I could hear conversations from the room next door as well as their TV. I could even hear what movie they were watching it was so clear!! That problem made it very hard to sleep.
