The service was great in that we asked for new pillowcases (because there was hair on them) and someone came immediately to give us new pillowcases. She then asked if we wanted new sheets and I said yes. She came back immediately with new sheets. As she was changing the sheets, I saw a stain of human bodily fluid origin. There was also signs in the room that it was not cleaned prior to us entering the room (hair on the floor and in the bed, pillows were smashed, mess on the bedspread, base boards were molding), there was a human smell.
There were signs everywhere that no refunds would be given under any circumstances. As a result, we just left and went to another hotel at 8pm.
