We stayed in Pisa for 1 night before heading to Florence and wished we had stayed a little longer mainly due to this B&B. Great location, excellent room, comfortable bed, good breakfast and managed by brilliant hosts. Andy and Andrea are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. This is how a B&B should be! 100% recommended!

Fantastic stay! Andy and Andrew were excellent hosts. Upon arrival, Andy suggested places to visit and marked them on a map for us. Andrew kindly took our bags to the room and waited until we got there to give us a tour of the facilities. My room was on the third floor, but there is a lift, so access was no problem. Our bedroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the wooden shutters on the windows ensured total blackout for a great night’s sleep. A mini fridge with complimentary water, Coke, and other drinks was a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was relaxed, with a good selection of options. I have no complaints at all about my stay and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone—10/10! Andy also contacted me via WhatsApp the day before check-in to offer parking recommendations and ask for my estimated arrival time, which was very helpful. He even sent the B&B’s location to my phone, making navigation from the train station effortless. The B&B is about a 7-10 minute stroll to the Leaning Tower, with plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Very welcoming people, both on line as well as in person. The property is beautifully appointed, the room and the bathroom are spacious and tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean. Breakfast choices were various from typical continental to a cooked breakfast. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble for the hosts and were very attentive. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a stay close to attractions of Pisa

The owners were so lovely and friendly. They also provided a few food tips which was perfect as we arrived late evening. Breakfast was a mix of prepped (ex. yogurt, granola) and made to order items (ex. Eggs, bacon), which were great. Location is central, so everything was easily accessible. There’s also an elevator ;)

Fantastic, the two owners are friendly and gave great knowledge re good restaurants, tourist traps to avoid etc. My wife and I were there two days and the location is excellent - everything is walkable. Pisa is a beautiful place.

Andrew and Andy were excellent hosts and the property was a lovely old building furnished in tasteful slightly quirky way . The breakfast was excellent with a great choice and Andy's home made cake was lovely . We would definitely recommend it

Andy and Andrew were excellent, welcoming hosts. Immediately upon arrival, with no need to ask, they shared how to get around and where to eat - very helpful when folks tend to stay in Pisa only a short while. Great breakfast and central location. Beautiful room with painted ceiling
