Staff helpful, ok breakfast, showers heater didnt work, the pillows had dark spots and the bed smelled like moisture and mold, they arrange all the trips you want for a good price, breakfast is pretty good and you eat it infront of your own door which is nice. The room was in bad shape but the hotel is cheap so you shouldnt expect anything fancy. They should just change the beds and pillows atleast.

Good value except for the roosters
The staff is super friendly, the rooms are small but clean, bathroom (including water pressure and temperature) also good. The only real drawback is the surrounding of the hostel - it is basically a construction scrapyard and the neighbour has a bunch of roosters that are just unbearable 24/7. If you don't mind the noise (maybe it's better in the rooms on the other side of the building) - go ahead, it's still good value in El Nido.

Maybe a good place but poor booking management
Booked two nights at Chelles Appartelle but our room was double booked we discovered later. They moved us to another hotel the first night. There was an issue with the power generator (we were told that this is the reason we couldn’t have our room at Chelles?) and we had no air condition on a very hot day. Apparently the generator was functioning shortly but nobody told us until the next morning. We were expecting to get our room the next day but it was still occupied. In the end we moved to another place and got part of the fee back.

Originally we booked 4 nights and ended up extending the stay for 10 days. The rooms are clean, air conditioning works great. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel stuff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. I’m very happy we stated at Chelle’s
