excellent location, great hotel

great rooms in excellent shape, excellent location. the couple that runs it is very helpful and kind. there are stairs from the street to reach the door of the hotel and stairs inside (no elevator). the hotel rooms are super comfortable and well appointed, with a fully stocked minibar and nespresso machine. The bathrooms are also great. Location is excellent and it is very quiet at night

Great location. Next to the Forum and short walk to the city center. Check in was quick and easy. Our front desk lady, who is also the owner family, was super helpful throughout our stay. All was excellent for our short stay in Rome

Enjoy We Did!

The room was pretty much as advertised. The bed was firm but comfortable. Bedding was good and the bath towels a nice size. rooms were up a steep stair case but they insisted on helping with the luggage. We forgot a camera at the local cafe and we text Pino as we were on tour the next day and the staff were helpful in contacting the cafe…they found it and put aside until we returned! Very thankful for all of their help. Location was awesome we walked everywhere. If you have mobility issues be aware there are stairs to the rooms. Restaurant and cafe by the hotel are good and there are sites very close.

Overall, it was a good experience. I wouldn’t say it was one of the best experiences that I’ve had in Rome but if you’re looking for good accommodation reasonable price this is not a bad choice. The room is very nice. It was big. They had high ceilings and plenty of room although the bathroom is a little small. The people at the front desk very helpful.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the city

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk brings you to the Forum and Colosseum and yet it’s quiet and uncrowded. The rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. A few great restaurants and bars right on the doorstep with a huge variety just a short walk away. Best of all, the kindest and most accommodating owners you could ever wish to meet. We will return for sure and will recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Location, quiet, warm family like service!

The owner operates this hotel and is always there and willing to help with anything you need, she even did our laundry with no charge. The rooms are clean and thou they are not large there is an efficient use of the space available. Restaurant just a couple doors down has the best carbonaro in Rome.

The property was clran but the staff made it better. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They would give suggestions for dinner, tell us history of the areas around, and let us know of hidden gems at the parks we were exploring. It made our first time in Roma so much better and we will be recommending to others. They also have a very cute dog.
