Great location, very helpful staff
Great location, just walking distance to the metro and tram stations. Breakfast buffet didn’t have many choices but everything was good. Really appreciate they provide the water in glass bottle instead of plastic ones. This will be my top choice to stay if I visit Lisbon again!

Perfect hotel for the first-timers in Lisbon
We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights for my family. The location was perfect for the first timers in Lisbon. There were tons of good restaurants in the neighborhood yet it was not so noisy at night. It was only 2-minute walk to Arco da Rua Augusta and the magnificent ocean view. Also the reception staff members were very attentive and genuinely nice. The only problem we had was the room cleaning crew came late in the afternoon while we were taking our siesta. We used a shuttle service to the airport. We were told by a lady at the reception that we could pay either by card or in cash but he only took cash. Luckily we had enough cash to pay him.

Perfect stay in downtown Lisbon
The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Lisbon, only a five minute walk from the metro station. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, near many of the featured attractions in Lisbon, and within walking distance of many of the best restaurants in town. The staff also offered luggage storage service to me after checkout so that I could spend a few extra hours in the city without lugging my bags around everywhere. If you are looking for a convenient stay near the tourist center of Lisbon, this hotel will be perfect for you.

Excellent location but rundown condition
The location of the hotel is excellent. All the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s also thoughtful that they provide and refill one bottle of water in the room everyday. Yet, the condition of the room is quite rundown. The mattress is very old and so too soft that it gave me back pain every morning. The bathroom door lock and the shower switch are out of function occasionally. All the hangers in the room and bathroom are all high up which only fit for people at height 170 cm and above. And the room is really small that there is no desk or table for writing or putting petite stuff. Last but not the least, the room carpet needs deep cleaning or replacement. I dare not walk on it on my bare feet.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, im Zentrum mit vielen Verpflegung Möglichkeiten, Zimmer sehr klein und vor allem sehr laut, da direkt an der 28er Tramlinie und Hauptverkehrsachse, für den bezahlten Preis darf man mehr erwarten.

The impressive and professional receptionist
We stayed between 29 Oct and 2 Nov 2024. Both receptionists are extremely nice and provide a super warm welcome to us. Unfortunately, we forget to ask both ladies' names, but wanna say the big big thanks to them.
